- Nicole Siamas, MBA, President & Managing Partner
Nicole is one of the cofounders of Market Certitude, LLC/Medical Data Analytics. She has over 35 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and has held leadership positions in market research, advertising and promotion, product management, and strategic planning. As President and Managing Partner, Nicole is responsible for the overall management of the company including marketing and sales, new business development and product innovations, process improvements, and strategic partnerships for business growth and expansion.
Nicole holds a BA in clinical psychology from McGill University and an MBA in marketing from Concordia University (formerly Sir George Williams University) in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
- Cynthia Macahilig, MA, Executive Vice President, Research Operations
Cynthia is the Executive Vice President of Research Operations for Market Certitude/Medical Data Analytics and has over 30 years of research experience in conducting medical record reviews. She is a career survey and medical records researcher with experience in research design, methodology, data analysis, and forecasting involving a variety of research methods/techniques in multiple therapeutic areas, patient populations, and physician specialties. She has successfully directed numerous US and international studies in areas such as oncology, solid organ transplantation, autoimmune diseases, blood disorders, cardiovascular diseases, metabolic disorders, anti-infectives, and CNS. She spearheaded the development of the largest syndicated US and EU solid organ transplant database (Kidney, Heart and Liver Transplant EXACTrak™), a 10-year longitudinal patient chart study that generated data used by major pharmaceutical companies. She has extensive experience in all phases of qualitative and quantitative research methods and in all aspects of operations and analysis. In addition, Cynthia has broad experience in Rx and OTC pharmaceutical markets, including large-scale consumer studies. She holds a BA in mass communications and an MA in communications research from the University of the Philippines, Manila, Philippines.
- Matt Prinz, LL.M, Executive Director, Client Services
Over the past 20+ years, Matt has held positions of increasing responsibility on the corporate and consulting sides of the pharmaceutical industry. His experience spans pharmaceutical sales and marketing, targeting, customer research, product and life cycle management, strategic planning, business analytics, and forecasting as well as portfolio optimization and health outcomes research. Giving proper attention to statistical and scientific methods, Matt thrives on generating fast and reliable feedback and insights from custom-designed studies to inform client business decisions and to further their goals. Matt holds law degrees from Albert-Ludwigs-Universität, Freiburg, Germany, and Columbia University School of Law, New York, New York.
- Frank Malinoski, MD, PhD, Scientific Consultant
Frank has over 20 years of extensive preclinical, clinical, regulatory, medical affairs (postlicensure), safety, and business development (including board membership) experience in vaccines. He also has over 10 years of experience in clinical, medical affairs, and safety experience in immunotherapeutics (including monoclonal antibodies), primarily in infectious diseases and rheumatology, and about 5 years of experience in clinical and medical affairs in infectious diseases and transplantation. Frank also had consulting roles in ID/vaccines/immunotherapy, including specific short-term consultation with investors and longer-term roles in running preclinical, clinical, and regulatory projects. Frank has been responsible for managing clinical, regulatory, and quality activities for start-up biotechs using vaccine vectors for therapeutic interventions in cancer and chronic infectious diseases. He has authored and coauthored over 50 medical articles. Frank holds an MD Degree from Albany Medical College, Albany, New York, and a PhD in microbiology from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, New Jersey. He is licensed to practice medicine in the state of Maryland.
